• Monthly / Semi-Annual / Yearly lenses:
One lens replacement per pair is allowed within 7 days after parcel delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
• An unboxing video is required for any missing, incorrect, or damaged item claims.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Opened, used, or damaged lenses are not eligible for after-sales service.
