1. Acceptance of Terms 条款接受
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Concon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
凡浏览、使用或购买 Concon 的任何产品或服务，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意受本使用条款约束。
2. Product Information 产品信息
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided for reference only.
Concon reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
因拍摄光线、显示设备或厂家调整，产品颜色、外观或包装可能存在合理差异，均以实物为准，不构成质量问题。
3. Pricing & Payment 价格与付款
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.
Concon reserves the right to adjust prices or product availability without prior notice.
所有价格以马币（RM）计算，订单仅在付款成功后才会处理，本店有权在不另行通知的情况下调整价格或商品供应情况。
4. Order Confirmation & Payment 成立订单与付款
An order shall be deemed confirmed and legally binding once payment is successfully made, regardless of whether an order confirmation, invoice, system notification, or manual confirmation has been issued.
No cancellation, modification, or refund is permitted after payment.
订单在付款成功后即视为成立并具法律效力，
无论是否已收到订单确认、电邮通知、系统信息或人工确认。
付款完成后，订单一律不得取消、更改或退款。
5. Payment as Final & Binding 付款即生效
All payments made to Concon are deemed legally binding regardless of whether a formal order was submitted or confirmed.
Once payment is received, the transaction is considered final and no cancellation, modification, or refund is permitted.
所有支付给 Concon 的款项，即视为具法律效力的交易，无论顾客是否正式提交或确认订单。
一旦收到付款，交易即为最终确认，概不允许取消、更改或退款。
6. Pre-Order Policy 预购条款
Pre-order items are sourced from overseas manufacturers and subject to global stock availability.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
In the event of manufacturer stock shortages, no refunds will be issued. Exchange or price adjustment may be offered at Concon’s discretion.
预购商品为海外厂家代购，库存以全球共享为准。
预购时间仅为预计时间，不构成保证。
如遇厂家缺货，恕不退款，本店可酌情提供换款或补差价处理。
7. Shipping & Delivery 配送与物流
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
Concon shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
配送时间仅供参考，商品一经发出，风险即转移至顾客。
8. Address Accuracy 收件地址责任
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate and complete.
Concon is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
顾客须确保收件资料正确完整，因地址问题导致的退件或额外费用，概由顾客自行承担。
9. Returned or Unclaimed Parcels 退件与未取件
Parcels returned or unclaimed due to customer-related reasons may be resent at the customer’s expense.
No refunds will be issued for returned or unclaimed parcels.
因顾客原因造成的退件或未取件，重新寄送费用由顾客承担，恕不退款。
10. Hygiene Product Disclaimer 卫生商品声明
Contact lenses are personal hygiene products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
美瞳属于个人卫生用品，凡已拆封、佩戴或使用的商品，均不接受退换或退款。
11. Product Usage & Liability 使用与责任
Customers acknowledge that contact lens usage involves inherent risks.
Concon shall not be liable for issues arising from improper use, overuse, allergic reactions, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
因不当使用、超时佩戴或个人体质所造成的问题，本店概不负责。
12. After-Sales & Quality Claims 售后与质量申诉
Any after-sales request or quality-related claim must be submitted within 7 days from the date of parcel receipt, supported by clear photographic or video evidence.
Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
All items must remain unused, unopened, and in original condition for any after-sales consideration.
Opened, worn, or used items are strictly not eligible for after-sales service.
所有售后或质量相关申诉，须在签收商品起 7 天内提出，并提供清晰照片或视频作为证明。
超过 7 天提出的申请，恕不受理。申请售后的商品必须保持未使用、未拆封及原始状态，已拆封、佩戴或使用的商品，一律不提供任何售后服务。
13. Promotions & Discounts 促销条款
Promotions are valid only during the stated period and subject to availability.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Concon reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time.
促销活动仅在指定期间内有效，且不可叠加使用。本店保留随时修改或取消活动的权利。
14. Intellectual Property 知识产权
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Concon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
未经许可，禁止任何形式的复制、转载或使用。
15. Privacy & Data Protection 隐私与数据保护
All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
所有个人资料将依照隐私政策及相关法律处理。
16. Limitation of Liability 责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
在法律允许范围内，本店不对任何间接或衍生损失承担责任。
17. Force Majeure 不可抗力
Concon shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, governmental actions, or logistical disruptions.
因不可抗力因素导致的延误或无法履行，本店概不负责。
18. Right to Refuse Service 服务保留权
Concon reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to users who violate these Terms & Conditions or are suspected of abusive or fraudulent behavior.
如发现违规、滥用或欺诈行为，本店有权拒绝服务或取消订单。
19. Amendments 条款修改
Concon reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
本店有权随时修改条款，继续使用即表示接受更新内容。
20. Governing Law 适用法律
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
本使用条款受马来西亚法律管辖并依其解释。
21. Language Prevailing Clause 语言优先条款
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
如中英文版本存在任何不一致之处，以英文版本为准。
