After-Sales Policy 售后政策

1. Service Period 售后服务期限

  • We offer after-sales service within 7 days from the date the product is received.
  • After 7 days, we will not accept any return or exchange requests.
  • 本店提供自收到商品之日起7天的售后服务。
  • 超过7天后,恕不接受任何退换货申请。

2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility 退换货适用范围

  • Only quality-related issues (such as defects, damages, or wrong items) are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, color difference, wrong size) are not accepted.
  • Pre-order items are non-refundable. Only exchange or price difference compensation is allowed.
  • 仅限因产品质量问题(如破损、瑕疵、错发)申请退换货。
  • 商品必须保持未使用、完好及原包装。
  • 因个人原因(如不喜欢、颜色不符、尺寸不合等)不接受退换货。
  • 预购商品一律不支持退款,仅接受换货或补差价。

3. Return & Exchange Process 退换货流程

  • Please contact us via Instagram DM or Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and issue details.
  • After confirming the issue, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  • Returned items must be in complete packaging with a return note included.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will arrange a replacement.
  • 请在收到商品后7天内,通过Instagram私信或Whatsapp联系我们,提供订单号及问题说明。
  • 经确认商品问题后,我们会告知退货地址及后续流程。
  • 商品退回时请保持完整包装并附上退货申请说明。
  • 我们收到退货并确认问题后,将尽快为您安排换货。

4. Shipping Fees 运费说明

  • For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For non-quality related returns, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
  • 因商品质量问题退换货,退回邮费由我们承担。
  • 非质量问题退货(如个人原因),退货运费由客户自行承担。

5. Important Notes 注意事项

  • Please keep your courier receipt or tracking information for reference.
  • If the product is visibly damaged, please reject the parcel upon delivery and take photos as proof.
  • We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable or malicious return requests and take appropriate action if necessary.
  • 请妥善保存快递单据,以便查询。
  • 若发现商品损坏,请在签收时当场拒收并拍照留证。
  • 恶意退货或无理要求将被拒绝,并保留追究权利。
